Services
Currently, the Airport has a contract with CA One Services,
Inc., who has the exclusive right to provide all food, beverage,
retail and personal services at the Airport. On occasion,
CA One may offer sublet opportunities for select uses in specific
locations.
At the present time there are no opportunities available
for any type of food, beverage or personal services. Select
specialty retail concepts are being reviewed for potential
sublet opportunities. The concepts are very limited in size
and scope and exclude newspapers, books, sundries, music,
and any type of prepared or packaged food items. Qualified

Business Services
Business services include Automated Teller Machines, Travel
Insurance, Facsimile and Photocopy Services. The Airport plans
to offer Internet and facsimile services through its telecommunications

Luggage Carts
Luggage carts are provided by Smarte Carte. If you are interested

Display Advertising
The Airport has an exclusive contract with Interspace Airport
Advertising. For information on advertising opportunities,

Telecommunication Services
Soon the Airport will be soliciting proposals for the provisions
of telecommunications services (pay telephones, prepaid phonecards,
internet access services and cell phone rentals). The RFP
schedule will be posted when available on this web page.Please

Rental Cars
The Airport currently has seven "on-airport" rental
car companies. As part of the Terminal Expansion program,
the rental car operations will be temporarily relocated during
construction. New contracts will be negotiated for rental
car companies to operate in the newly constructed garage.

General Qualifications
The following are general qualification guidelines for tenants
or concessionaires at the Airport. The Port maintains the
right to waive one or more of the qualifications at its sole
discretion.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) or more continuous years
prior experience within the last 10 years in the ownership
or management of a facility similar in size, concept and
volume as the business being proposed.
- Financial Strength: Sufficient financial resources necessary
to assure continuous operation of the business along with
cash reserves equal to six months of the established minimum
monthly rental.
- Capital Investment: Sufficient financial resources for
appropriate capital improvements in the facility. For food,
beverage, retail and personal services concessions the minimum
investment is estimated to be approximately $250.00 per
square foot.
