- Andalé Mexican Restaurant
In 2007, Andalé Mexican Restaurant opened a 1,500-square-foot sit-down
restaurant and full-service bar/cocktail lounge in the new Terminal 2
concourse. Andalé offers OAK users a menu featuring affordably-priced
authentic Mexican food and beverage services, Andalé-to-Go foods and
gourmet coffee.
- Delaware North Companies
Delaware North Companies is a prime concessionaire at OAK and operates
many food, beverage, and retail shops in Terminal 1 and 2 through May

- HMS Host
In 2006, HMS Host was awarded a contract to operate food & beverage,
retail and duty free concessions at OAK, in the newly-constructed
Terminal 2 baggage claim building and seven-gate concourse, then in most
of the Terminals 1 and 2 locations, beginning June 1, 2008. The new
concession program will feature 19 local brands that showcase the City
of Oakland's creativity and diversity to honor its rich culture, as well
as other regional and national brands.
